For as long as I’ve been designing websites, and that’s been a VERY long time (almost 20 years), I’ve had a website with my full name. I established this website (laurakinker.com) when I married my sweetheart over 16 years ago. During that time, I’ve used it for various things, some personal, some business. I’m a life coach and a super creative person so this website has always reflected that.
In the summer of 2021, I decided to get serious about my planner business and did a full rebranding. This was how Dragonfly Paper Press was born. I was super excited about it. I loved the idea of having separate websites for separate parts of myself. But as time wore on, I hadn’t considered how much this website continues to attract traffic and how time-consuming it is to start a website from scratch. I now had two websites and two groups of social media posts to manage and it became too much.
After much consideration, I have decided to house ALL of my Laura Kinker Designs work under this website. It will make my life so much easier and give me more time to design. The Dragonfly Paper Press is still up but it’s pointing everything back to this website.
I’m excited about this new chapter. Expect more changes as I continue to move forward and refine what I’m doing. If there is anything you’d love to see, please let me know in the comments below.
